LangTec Christmas party 2025

This year’s LangTec Christmas party was full of surprises, laughter, and memorable moments — a perfect way to wrap up 2025 together.

We kicked off the festive evening at VRHQ (Virtual Reality Headquarters) in Hamburg’s historic Speicherstadt , where we immersed ourselves in a wide range of virtual-reality games. With experiences like a virtual tour of Hamburg, a trip to space and VR classics like VR laser-tag (“Tower Tag”) and zombie fighting — the excitement was real, even if the world wasn’t.

After that we took a scenic walk through the heart of Hamburg’s old town to the next highlight: the Weihnachtsmarkt auf der Fleetinsel (Fleetinsel Christmas Market). Nestled along the canals of the Fleetinsel, the market offered a charming and cozy winter setting — twinkling lights reflecting on the water, the scent of spices in the air, wooden stalls with crafts and gifts, and a warm glow from Mulled Wine (Glühwein) and hot punch.

Finally, to round off the evening, we made our way to Maison Mai https://www.maisonmai-hamburg.de/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22009452918&gbraid=0AAAAA-lOnio9Yv2q-7rmviEFRAabonQL5 — a stylish Asian-fusion restaurant tucked in the old town near the Nikolaikirche . Maison Mai’s warm, elegant ambience, creative Indochine-fusion menu and refined cocktails delivered the perfect close to our evening.
