Manchmal entstehen gute Ideen direkt im eigenen Alltag. So war es auch bei uns: 2017 brauchten wir ein internes System, um Urlaubsanträge, Zeiterfassung und Team-Koordinierung zu bündeln – und haben uns kurzerhand dazu entschlossen, ein eigenes Tool zu entwickeln: TeamTracker. Damals stand vor allem die Praxisnähe im Fokus, weniger die Frage, ob und wie sich das Programm flexibel für andere Unternehmen einsetzen lässt.

- Asset Management: Creation and management of company assets and loans (e.g., hardware or licenses).

Our first official client, a leading ophthalmology practice in Hamburg, was particularly interested in time tracking. For this purpose, a check-in/check-out feature was requested, which we specially added for them. Additionally, we customized the design to match the practice’s colors and logo—so the team can quickly get accustomed to it and the tool visually fits the company..
