We’re delighted to welcome Tom as a new full-time permanent employee here at LangTec!

Tom has already been an integral part of our company for over a year, providing valuable support as a working student. During that time, he has gained valuable hands-on experience, become familiar with our workflows and methodologies and applied his technical knowledge to exciting challenges in AI development.

Another important milestone was his high-end bachelor’s thesis, which Tom wrote under LangTec’s industry partner supervision. In doing so, he not only accomplished his degree in Computer Science but also demonstrated his keen dedication to independent research and strong professional commitment.

That’s why we’re thrilled that Tom is now taking the next step in his career and continues to support our team in a permanent, full-time position. Once again, this shows that at LangTec there’s a straight path—from a mandatory academic internship to employment as a working student to supervision of your bachelor thesis to securing a full-time position.
