PoC for Automating Document Processing for Customs Processes

The goal of this collaboration is to automate document analysis as extensively as possible in the processing of highly complex customs procedures. The initial proof of concept (PoC) focuses on using LangTec’s logistics parsers to reliably extract relevant information from international customs documents and make it available in a structured format for further processing. By leveraging LangTec’s logistics parsers, manual data extraction efforts will be significantly reduced, processing times shortened, and data quality substantially improved through consistent normalisation.

With this collaboration, LangTec and IP Customs Solutions underscore the importance of digitalisation in enabling the efficient processing of data from customs documents. Our shared mission is to leverage intelligent document processing to enable more efficient workflows, higher data quality, and greater interoperability across logistics operations.
